Kaeda Valley

This valley stretches approximately 8 kilometers along the beautiful Kaeda River, surrounded by lush natural scenery.
The flat walking trail is easy to navigate, making it ideal even for first-time hikers. Stroll through relaxing dappled sunlight and enjoy immersing yourself in the forest and birdwatching while soaking in the crystal-clear beauty of the river up close.
For a more challenging trek, head to the adjacent Mt. Boroishi hiking course. The trail winds through a precious primeval forest dotted with fascinating rock formations bearing names like “Tengu-iwa” (Tengu Rock) and “Zo-no-Hakaba” (Elephant's Graveyard)—escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and refresh your whole being here.
